- Problem Solving : Work for students, solve all kind of conflicts between students with in sports learning/activities.
- Communication : All service and unites in school, build the Good connection with public sector services
Mains Responsibilities
1. Teaching/Training
- Develop all kinds of curriculum and sports lessons for the teaching process
- Develop all kinds of sports resources for the general physical health of students and encourage them to succeed
- Educate and teach students through values, respect and sportsmanship
- Provide special care and support to those in need
- Ensure student safety at all times
- Collaborate and participate in classroom arrangements to share teaching experiences with other teachers.
2. Club Management and Promotion
- Organize and follow the club schedule and teach students how to play
- Make a monthly plan for the competition
- Promote and increase membership, especially for girls
- Prepare a list of participants and check the absence of each training season
- Identify direct collaborators and network around your club.
- To keep inventory in stock and monitor twice a month and report to management.
3. Organize the weekend Sport Activities
- Lead a volunteers sports teams and coordinate their working hours.
- Pay special attention to student safety during free sports
Jobs Requirements
- Vocational Diploma in Physical Education and Sports
- Knowledge of sports pedagogy
- 1 year sports coaching experience working with children, teens, sociology, psychology or other related roles.
- Planning and facilitation skills
- Office skills (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills.
